Chevrolet rolled-out their 2011 Chevrolet Cruze will be available in two different 4-cylinder engines, the 1.8-liter Ecotec (standard on LS models) produces 136 hp (101 kW) and 123 lb-ft (167 Nm) of torque. On the other hand, LT and LTZ Cruzes will be equipped with a turbocharged 1.4-liter Ecotec engine that produces 138 horsepower (103 kW) and 148 lb-ft of torque (200 Nm). The gearbox choices offered by the 2011 Chevrolet Cruze include two 6-speed transmissions, manual and automatic.

The Chevrolet Cruze will fitted with 10 standard air bags, Electronic stability control with rollover sensing, Bluetooth, USB connectivity and navigation system. The 2011 Chevrolet Cruze is fitted with a MacPherson strut front suspension and Watts Z-link rear suspension and will offer a choice between a range of 16-, 17- and 18-inch wheels.
